5 Things That Have Actually Gone Wrong On Halloween
There's a running joke between our friends that whenever my wife and I have a Halloween Party, something bad happens. I guess it is sort of true. In the past few years, we've had a bit of bad luck when it comes to Halloween Parties. In 2008, on the night of our party, my wife was rear-ended on her way home from work and had to stand on the side of the road in her costume for over an hour. In 2010, I had to make a visit to the emergency room the day before our party for a problem with my leg. And, the piece de resistance, in 2009, I DROPPED OVER DEAD in the middle of our Halloween Party, had CPR done on me for 20 minutes, and then had to be life flighted to a hospital, where I stayed until Thanksgiving! Yeah, that year wasn't so good. Hopefully, we have no problems this year. We are not alone with our troubles on Halloween, though.
