The Best Rolling Stones Albums. Ever.
The Rolling Stones have always been held in high regard when it comes to Rock n' Roll royalty. Back in the day, you were either a Beatles fan or a Stones fan. I have to admit, I rode the fence and was a bit of both. It amazes me that the Rolling Stones are still putting out music after five decades of entertainment. They never seem to quit, no matter what problems they are having. Going through my old albums this weekend, I thought I'd put down my five favorites from the Stones. The Beatles are considered one of the best bands to ever perform rock n' roll. Personally, I consider them one of the best studio bands, since for most of their professional career, they didn't perform before live audiences. Nonetheless, their music has been an inspiration for hundreds of bands. Starting out as mainly a boy band, they wrote their own music and performed many different genres of rock n' roll. Who Really Killed John Lennon?
Thirty years ago today, John Lennon was murdered by David Mark Chapman as Lennon and his wife walked outside of the Dakota Apartment building. Chapman, supposedly upset about a scribbled autograph that he received earlier, shot Lennon at point blank range.
