This week the nation will celebrate the 275th St. Patrick's Day. This holiday is often associated with the Irish, who helped to form our nation, and is celebrated with the wearing of Green, traditional Irish music, and parades. Many people use the holiday to go to bars and are just "Irish for the day", but they fail to comprehend the contributions the Irish have brought to this country. St. Patty's Day is tomorrow and what else is there to talk about other than drinking. Oh yes, thousands upon thousands of glasses of green beer will be consumed and many will be thrown up.
