The Fates Of 5 Famous People Who Wore Hoodies
Unless you've been living under a rock, then you've heard about the Trayvon Martin case that has been all over the news the past week or so. As it turns out, Trayvon Martin, age 17, was shot and killed by a neighborhood watchman because he looked suspicious. The 17 year old black male was walking home and wearing a hoodie when the incident occurred. According to Geraldo Rivera, the hoodie was equally responsible for Treyvon's death as the gun because hoodies depict the African-American or Latino wearer as a thug and a threat to ordinary citizens. Never mind the fact that Geraldo is Latino and has been seen on more than one occasion wearing a hoodie, himself. This article of clothing is what did the young man in. So it got me to thinking that Geraldo just might be right. Here is a list of five famous people who wore hoodies. They fared about as well as Trayvon Martin, too. My advice, don't wear a hoodie if you want to stay alive. However, you can decide that decision for yourself...
Game Of Thrones Should Be On Your Watch List
HBO is doing it again with another well thought-out series. It is a bit different than their usual fair, such as: Band of Brothers, The Sopranos, or True Blood. This is a fantasy-adventure set to George R.R. Martin's novels, A Song of Ice and Fire. While it completely exploits the total geek in me, this isn't what solely makes this series so intriguing. The HBO series is very true to the books without dragging out the total length of the novels. If you aren't watching this series, here are five reasons you should be. The show airs on Sunday nights at 9:00pm EST on HBO. If you miss it, you can catch it after midnight at HBO on Demand. Read more...

It stars Mel Gibson as the title character and has a virtual cornucopia of bloodshed and mayhem. But was it true to history or did they just make some of the stuff up? Read more...
