My Favorite TV Dads Of The 1980s
The 1980s was a wonderful time to grow up. It was a much simpler time and the hit television shows reflected a lighter view of what was going on in the world around us. Reagan was president, America was getting out of a recession, and baby boomers were entering the business world; America was in a "good place"...at least that's how I remember it. The television fathers were supportive of their kids and always had a good word of advice for them as they "struggled" with everyday life.
