myFiveBest Turns Four Years Old!
It doesn't seem possible, but myFiveBest turns four years old today. This is currently my 1660th article with the web site and I wanted to take a couple of lines to tell our readers what has been happening in the world of trivia, interesting facts and trivia. The web site began as a game my father and I used to play when I was growing up. The object was to name five examples on any topic. It is a game I have been playing most of my life. I love trivia and history and I don't think I will ever stop. I would just like to thank our fans for keeping this web site going by visiting and clicking on ads. Without you, this site would not exist. After four years, a lot is going on with the web site, so I will keep you up to date - with a list of five, of course!

Milestones In Blogging
I finally hit 1500 articles in my blog, myFiveBest.com after 30 months of work. That’s an average of 50 blog postings a month or 1.667 posts per day. I originally conceived the blog in a coffeehouse as a way of showing customers how blogging could be beneficial to their businesses. I made a few mistakes when I first started, but in the thirty months, I have also learned a bit. If you are considering a blog for your business, here are some tips that I can give you.
Remember, blogging is not as difficult as it seems. The following five tips can help you to decide what you want to blog about, how to promote your site, and, hopefully, give you the opportunity to make some money from your writing. Now that 2010 is finally over, we can do some accounting on what articles you, the readers, enjoyed the most last year. Between our inception on May 21, 2009 and today, we've written more than 1150 posts with requests coming in daily with ideas for new opinions and quizzes. Sometimes they can be a bit overwhelming, but we keep regular statistics on what people are reading so that we can keep the topics you like the most. myFiveBest Turns 1000!
Well, we've reached a milestone! This is the one thousandth post we've written for this blog. It's been a feat, I will tell you that. When we first started this blog, our goal was to hit this goal, but who knew if we'd actually do it? I am happy to say that it is now a reality! We average about 45,000+ people coming to our site every month. We've had thousands of comments here and at our fan page on Facebook (which you are more than welcome to join). People from all over the world have looked at our blog (except for only 15 countries, so if you know anyone from Benin in Central Africa - tell them about us!)
