Incredible Survivals Over Niagara Falls
The news this week has been filled with the amazing story of a person who jumped over Niagara Falls in an apparent suicide attempt and survived. He is the fourth person to attempt such a thing and live. As you can imagine, the number of people who try this stunt don't survive. According to the Niagara Falls, Ontario police report, "One or two people - PER WEEK - attempt to jump over the Falls." Most of them are either rescued before they make the descent or they die.
