The Worst Villains To Fight Batman. Ever.

Batman Rogues GalleryWe’ve all heard of the Joker, the Riddler, the Penguin and Catwoman.  These are the staple bad guys who fight Batman on a regular basis and were first made famous during the 1960s television series.  However, Batman has had to fight some real losers through the years till he was able to get to the big-leagues of certified psychos.  You won’t find your typical fare of villains here, but you’ll get a chance to see just how ridiculous some of the writers can be when they can’t come up with a good villain.
