Derogatory Nicknames Of Past Presidents

I was listening to the radio this morning and the announcer mentioned that the President of the United States always was held in the highest regard and that each year people get more and more disrespectful.  While President Obama does get his share of derogatory nicknames, they aren't as bad as some in the past.  Whether you like them or not, having a nickname like "Dubya" or "Tricky Dicky" seems a lot worse than being called "Barry".  But which of the Presidents had the worst nicknames?  Here are five not-so-nice references to our Presidents made by the people..for the people. The Writers Of The Declaration of Independence

Declaration of IndependenceIf you ask most people, they will tell you that Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence.  While this is very true, he was only one of five people who came up with the draft behind this famous United States document.  He was part of "The Committee of Five" requested by the Second Continental Congress to draft a letter to England declaring America a sovereign nation.  It was all highly illegal (by British standards) and no notes were taken while writing the draft.  So, who were the other four writers involved?  Here is a look at each of these Founding Fathers and some of the unique views each of them offered into making declaration of freedom. Alternate Reality: What If The UK Won The American Revolution?

Five Best Founding Fathers

Founding FathersAmerica was founded on the ideals of a group of men that we have come to know as the "Founding Fathers".  These men - many of whom were in their twenties and thirties at the time of the signing of Declaration of Independence - were guided by a set of ideals that our country's foundation is based upon.
