Five Foreigners Who Created America
How often do we hear “We give money to foreigners all the time. What do they ever do for us?” It is true, that America is a very giving country and that we try to help those in need, but other countries have helped us, as well, along the way. It is ignorant for us to forget those contributions to America. People risked their lives, reputations and talents to help make America become a country, and without them, we probably would still be under English rule. This Independence Day, while we are celebrating with picnics and fireworks, let us not forget the American colonist who bled for our freedom and these five foreigners that gave us the opportunity to say we live in the United States. Here are five foreigners who created America.
False Facts About The Founding Fathers
A lot of lies appear in the news these days to push a political agenda. What gets Americans going is when people state "That's what the Founding Father's intended..." Most of this is completely false. It's hard to imagine what they actually wanted or intended, but if you connect the dots, you can see how they felt about certain things. We can gather this from the writings they left behind (you know...stuff like The Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, The Federalist Papers, etc...) and their personal journals. The Writers Of The Declaration of Independence
If you ask most people, they will tell you that Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence. While this is very true, he was only one of five people who came up with the draft behind this famous United States document. He was part of "The Committee of Five" requested by the Second Continental Congress to draft a letter to England declaring America a sovereign nation. It was all highly illegal (by British standards) and no notes were taken while writing the draft. So, who were the other four writers involved? Here is a look at each of these Founding Fathers and some of the unique views each of them offered into making declaration of freedom. Read more...

Five Famous People Who Were Once Homeless
They say that if you want to succeed, you sometimes have to first, hit rock bottom. The story is wonderful and I wish Mr. Williams nothing but the best of luck, but is he alone? With a little research, I was able to find five more people who also lived without a home for a period of time. The results might surprise you! Read more...
